The enforcement of the decisions of administrative courts

In this research, the liability of administration occured due to the absence of enforcement of the decisions of administrative courts was examied. The enforcement of the writs is a natural outcome of the principle of law, hence the subject was mostly dealt with relating to 28 th issue of Administrative Judgement Procedure Act of administration. The legal responsibilty of civil servant is discussed accordingly by aiming to define the frame of the liability of administration.Since there have been difficulties in enforcement of the decisions in spite of the presence of the principles forcing the civil servants to enforce them, by arranging the subject more clearly, by increasing the punishments towards the civil servants and by the interior education of the civil servants no problems will be observed in enforcement of the decisions of administrative courts.
