Ideal sovereignty and rule over the holy land based on Islamic incluvisity

Jerusalem is an important geography that is in terms of many field with its strategic location, its history dating back thousands of years, hosting different different peoples and civilizations, being in relation to the three monotheistic religions and their adherents and the important buildings in it -Al-Aqsa Masjid for Muslims; the Western Wall for modern Jews and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher for Christians. So, Jerusalem has been significant for Muslims, Christians and Jews, and these three monotheistic religions, and it is the only city that all these three monotheistic religions have in common. All three religions have different and justified claims about this city, so there has been chaos and struggle for centuries in Jerusalem within exeption under Muslim sovereignity. In order to solve these problems and to put an end to these struggles and chaos, it is necessary to know the historical background of these issues, the perspectives of different religions on Jerusalem, how people from different civilizations approached this issue and what it means to them. This research aims to understand the perception of Jerusalem in three monotheistic religions, to see the perspectives of religions on Jerusalem, to reveal which sovereignties has been seen in Jerusalem throughout history, and how the situation of Jerusalem was during these periods of sovereignty. Thus, it will be seen who has succeeded best in ruling Jerusalem and who is competent in this task. So, it will be revealed that the rule of Muslims was different from other periods of rule in the history of Jerusalem. Moreover, the foundations and principles of the Muslim method will be revealed.
