Abstract (EN)
The Idrîsîd dynasty was founded by the sons of Ali's son Hasan's grandsons. When Hussein b. Ali from Ahl al-Bayt, rebels against the bad attitude of the Abbasîd State, Hussein b. Ali and his supporters came face to face with the Abbasîd army in a place called Fah. As a result of this war, Hussein b. Ali and most of his supporters killed. However, grandson of Hz. Ali Yahya b. Abdullah and Idrîs b. Abdullah managed to survive. Yahya who escaped to Daylam was captured as a result of a cheat in a short time and then killed. Idrîs b. Abdullah escaped with his slave Rashîd to Maghreb (North Africa) and managed to establish Idrîsîd dynasty by means of support from Berbers. Idrîsîd dynasty constructed many great masterpieces on the name of Islam and the first two emperors, particularly, and their followers were successful in civilization and Islamization by establishing cities. However, only the city of Fes survived among these lost masterpieces. Idrîsîd dynasty was governed by thirteen emperors and lived for about two hundred years. During the collapse period it became an emirate belonging to Fatımîd Caliphate for some times and Caliphate of al-Andalus for other times. It was ruined by Caliphate of Cordoba during the term of the last emperor Hasan II.
