According to the findings of the research, the sustainability of farmer practices is medium (36,3%). According to the Multinominal Logistic Regression method, education, annual income, environmental attitudes and second-third crop growing status affect sustainability. One Way Analysis of Variance, was used to test the hypotheses established with the sustainability index. Accordingly, there is a statistically significant difference between sustainability and education, age, farming experiences, farmer income, income satisfaction, second-third crop cultivation, stockbreeding status, and frequency of pesticide use, that is, it affects sustainability positively. The most important aim of the interviewed farmers in agricultural production has been to achieve the highest profit. According to the New Environmental Paradigm Scale, it can be said that farmers care about the environment (3,2147%). Human-centered approaches got a high average (4,2632%), while environmental-centered approaches received low averages (2,1662%) in the AEP Scale. The level of knowledge of the interviewed farmers about organic agriculture, food security, good agricultural practices and integrated struggle is low. There is a need to inform the farmers about these issues and to increase the training activities in the region.
