Abstract (EN)
The Fundamentals of the XXth century in which the world rapidly changed and the sense of art revolted against the tradition, became evident in XVIIIth and XIXth century. The art changed its direction, revolted against dogmatic and embarked destroying all valued accepted until that day. Although the rebellion phenomena differed in terms of implementation it divided the art into art movements that are basically connected to the same purpose. The outlines of the research problem consist of; the change in the art definition and art education sense consequently the contributions to the Turkish Painting Art and Art Education due to XXth century world conjuncture.
