In the study titled "Comparison of Power-Political Illustrations of Constitutional Period Magazines and Power-Political Illustrations of Today's Magazines", the comparison and analysis of the illustrations published in the Constitutional Period, which can be considered as an important turning point in the development and change in Turkish history, with the illustrations of today's political origins. The political environment of the Constitutional Monarchy period, its social change, its effects on cultural development, and the way in which broadcasting policies were determined in a turbulent structure constitute the basis of the study. Over the centuries, the ruthless criticism and discriminating attitude in the understanding of illustration are in a similar way with the images in today's magazines and newspapers. With this thesis, II. By comparing the illustrations of the constitutional period magazines with the politically motivated illustrations of today's magazines, the similarities and differences of different periods and today have been tried to be revealed. Research; various books, articles, published or unpublished doctoral and dissertation studies, internet publications, etc. As a result of scanning many sources, drawing samples were examined and evaluated. In the comparison section, based on the chronological order of the thesis work, II. An illustration from the Constitutional Monarchy period and an illustration from today's period were sorted. As a result, the social, political and cultural structure of the period and press activities were examined and compared through the illustration samples obtained. It has been revealed by documents that in the past, similar repetitions of critical illustrations of power were made in different periods and today.
