In the first part of this study, differential operarors. Information on Sturm-Liouville operator and inverse spectral problems is given. In the second part, previous studies are included. In the third chapter, basic definitions and theorems, which are frequently used in the spectral theory of differential operators, are given. In the fourth section, the Sturm-Liouville operator, general information fort he transformation operatör and the properties of the eigenfunctions are given. In the fifth section; Investigation of the spectral characteristics of two Delta-Interacting point Sturm-Liouville operators, explanations about straight spectral problems, theorems, inverse problem formulas and uniqueness theorems are given.
