This thesis consists of five sections. In the first section, Boundary-Value problem and its historical devolopment are explained. In the second section, theory of the subject are mentioned. In the third section, the methods used are explained. In the fourth and last sections, obtained asymptotic expressıons are mentioned. The aim of this study is to find asymptotic expressions of eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of a discontinuous two-point boundary-value problem with retarded argument which contains eigenparameter boundary conditions.
