Özet (EN)
The reflections of the Soviet exploitation regime, which Kyrgyzstan has been subjected to since the October Revolution of 1917, have caused radical changes in the name of the Kyrgyz. While the USSR established the political authority in the region, it tried to suppress the Kyrgyz authorities. In Kyrgyzstan, the policies and exploitation of the Soviet ideology in the fields of industry, agriculture, animal husbandry and other production deeply affected the Kyrgyz. The Soviet practices of education, culture and social life are planned to change the cultural and social accumulation of Kyrgyzstan within the framework of Soviet ideology. With the October Revolution, the USSR, which was active in the establishment process and management of the Kyrgyzstan state, He did not stop using the Kyrgyz in the war against the Germans during World War II. Kyrgyz and Cossack soldiers were driven to the forefront of the approaching German troops up to Moscow. The gathering and sending of these troops to the front line took place in a very short time and they had to fight regular army units before they could receive military training. Despite their military inexperience, they played an important role in stopping the Germans at the expense of numerous losses and were on many fronts of the Russian-German armies. In this process, the Kyrgyz Republic provided a significant workforce contribution not only to the soldiers but also to the support of the necessary industrial, agriculture and foodstuffs, as well as to work on all aspects of the society day and night. With the disintegration of the USSR, Kyrgyzstan gained independence. However, while the rights of the USSR legitimized in international law were given to the Russian Federation, they lost their legitimate rights in Kyrgyzstan, like other states that had left the USSR, under the roof of the Soviet Union.
