Compensation liability in pharmaceutical law

In order to compensate for the material and moral damages caused by using drugs in people as a result of the mistakes made in the process from production to use and the results of the drugs which are produced to protect people from diseases and to treat those who are sick, to determine whether the responsible people are defective or flawless and if they are faulty, to determine the liability rates, how a compensation should be awarded has taken place as a compensation liability in pharmaceutical law. The drug is a product related to the health right (articles 17-56) guaranteed by the constitution. Although there is no drug law in our country, there some various laws and general regulations. This thesis study, has been carried out under the titles of compensation liability of pharmaceutical manufacturers, compensation liability of doctors, compensation liability of pharmacists, compensation liability of clinical investigators, liability of clinical research ethics committees and members, and compensation responsibility of the administration.
