This research was carried out in order to evaluate in terms of yield and some quality characteristics of the advanced stage bread wheat lines developed by CIMMYT-ICARDA breeding programs in the 2017-2018 growing season in Diyarbakir ecological conditions and to evaluate the superior lines in advanced generations by comparing with the cultivars of regions. In the study, 29 the adcenced stage bread wheat line and 5 control cultivars (Gerek-79, Mufitbey, Karahan, Sönmez, Nacibey ) were used as material in dry conditions. The research was carried out with 2 replications according to the randomized blocks design. In this study, the differences between the averages of agricultural characters such as plant height, grain yield, hectoliter weight, thousand grain weight, number of spike days, spike length, number of grain in spike and quality characters such as zeleny sedimentation, crude protein, raw starch and gluten ratios were investigated. According to the results, it was found as the plant height (67.30- 96.95 cm), the number of grain in the spike (9.5- 21.0), spike length (6.27-14.24 cm), thousand grain weight (26.88-41.25 g), hectoliter weight (75.14 -85.40 kg), grain yield (2377. 0- 5613.0. kg/ha), the number of spike days (139-154 days), grain protein ratio (12.2-14.7 %), gluten ratio (27.2-34.3%), starch rate (65.2-71.6%) and sedimentation rate (28,4-43,0 %) values. According to the results of this study; 9907, 9908, 9914, 9919, 9924, 9927, 9928, 9930 and 9931 were found to have superior properties in terms of unit area yields, some agricultural and quality characters. It has been concluded that these lines suitable for Diyarbakır ecological conditions can be used as material for wheat breeding programs in the near future.
