Abstract (EN)
This research was conducted to determine the conflict management styles of school administrators and teachers by teachers' views and investigate to differentiates of conflict management styles based on descriptive characteristics of school administrators.For the purpose of personal information form and scale of conflict management styles questionnaire were applied to 268 teachers at the 2012-2013 academic year in Istanbul Gungoren that working in primary and secondary schools. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software package. The descriptive characteristics of the participants in determining the frequency and statistics of the participants' views on school administrators styles of conflict management statistics have been used in determining the mean and standard deviation. According to the descriptive characteristics of the participants' views on the differentiation status of styles of managing conflict in the study of school administrators, t test, one-way Anova and Tukey tests were used. Result of research, most of the participants attended school administrators statements about styles of managing conflict, "the duties and responsibilities are clearly known by officers or employees ", "effective efficient use of resources", " the institution treats fairly while the distribution of tasks among the employees", while at least participated statements were ?builds up pressure to impose their ideas?, "disputes for individuals and groups to act prejudicial" "a simplistic attitude of those who have political views close to its exhibitions".
