Examination of team sense of managers who work in the primary and middle school

This research was carried out to determine team perceptions of school administrators. The working group consists of 135 school managers working in Beykoz district of Istanbul during the 2017-2018 acedemic year. In this study, a personal information form was used to determine the "loyalty and cooperation scale", "interaction and solidarity scale", "development and job satisfaction" and demographic characteristics. As the gathered data are not normally distributed, in order to determine the difference between the mean values of demographic characteristics of school administrators and team perception, Kruskal Wallis H and Mann Whitney U tests were used in the analysis. Findings of this analysis show that team perception, commitment and cooperation differ statistically in terms of educational status, but not gender, age, duration of service or vocational seniority. Research findings were discussed in consideration of institutional framework of the variables and other research findings. Keywords: Team perception, Leader , Administrator
