This study aims to find out weather there is a significant difference between the perceived problem behavior level by primary school teachers and the variants of gender, age, classroom and the number of students. 386 classroom teachers working in 24 government primary schools located in Ceyhan, Adana participated in the study. In order to measure problem behavior level perceived by the teachers, ?The inguiry of the peception of problem behaviour in the students? was used; to measure their burnout ?Maslach Burnout Inventory?, which was developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) and adapted to Turkish culture by Ergin (1992) was used; and the personal and vocational features were found out by ?Personal data questionnaire? , which was develeoped by the researcher. The 11.5 version of SPSS for windows was used for the statistical analysis of the data derived from the research. the data were analysed by using mean, standard deviation, variant analysis with two factors and Sheffe-F test. At the end of the study, a significant difference has been found in every three subscales of ?Depersonalization?, ?Emotional exhaustion? and ?Personel Accomplishment? burnout scale according to the perceived problem behaviour levels. When the variants of age, gender and number of students were analysed, the difference appeared only in the depersonalization dimension of the burnout sub-scales. Besides, the analysis of interaction between age and problem behavior perception level revealed a difference in only ?Depersonalization? sub-scale; ?Emotional exhaustion? and ?depersonalization? was found out in the interaction of gender and problem behavior perception level; the difference was observed in the ?Emotional exhaustion? and ?depersonalization? sub-scales, when the interaction between the classroom and problem behavior perception level was analysed. Key Words: Teacher, Burnout, The Level of the Perception of Problem Behaviour in the Students.
