Abstract (EN)
The knowledge which is necessary for human to show activity is not stable. Knowledge gives birth to knowledge, knowledge increases knowledge and it changes. This mobility makes the subject -such as person?s attaining to knowledge on the other hand being able to use it and so ascertaining new knowledge- a current issue. In other words, mobility of knowledge affects the features that person has to have. This situation causes interrogating and changing education systems of countries.In this study, MNE Primary Education Turkish Lesson Teacher?s Guide Book?s suitability to Constructivist Learning Approach is examined. The method of document examination is used in this study. Sixteen (16) assessment criteria which are representative of constructivist learning is established with the principles of constructivist learning, the examinations of the articles written in its field and perceptions of expert. It is dwelled upon the subjects such as problem state, constructivist learning, aim and importance of research before passing to assessment of Teacher?s Guide Book according to the criteria. And then the topics in the Teacher?s Guide Book are considered one by one and they are evaluated according to the criteria. The obtained data is visualized with the graphics and tableaus, the number of efficiency in the graphics and tableaus and percentage ratio are determined. The comments on the data are given then. The results and suggestions after evaluating Teacher?s Guide Book according to the afore-mentioned criteria are lined up item by item.Key Words: Constructivist Learning Approach, Teacher?s Guide Book.
