Evaluation of the teacher views related to the behaviours of primary supervisors Diyarbakir province sample

The general aim of the study is to make a description of education level, sex, priority and echelon variables from the teacher?s point of view limited to Diyarbakır province sample related to the ethical behaviours of primary supervisors. Related to this general purpose, firstly the nature of ethics, education supervision ethics, current ethics attitude in turkish education system and the ethical behaviours of the primary supervisors were analysed theoretically. The teacher views in the context of theoretic readiness were solved as individual and general tendencies bottom questions about the ethical sensibility at course supervision. The population of study is recruited teachers who work in primary schools from Diyarbakır Province Centre between 2006 and 2007 years of education.There are totaly 2800 teachers assigned in 89 official primary schools of the Ministry of National Education. As the sample of the study is composed of 880 teachers assigned in 40 primary schools that were selected by random method. Surveys were applied on 880 teachers and 837 teachers answered the surveys. The proportion of representing the population about the subjects attended the survey is % 29.8. The questionnaire including 41 items which was developed by the researcher was used to gather data. Analyzation of the data obtained at the end of the research was done by the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for windows 9.0 system program. Percentage, Ttest, variance analysis (one-way) and sheffé test were used for the analysis and the commentary of the data. Meaningful level was decided as 0.05. These are the consequences of the analysis of the data: ? According to education level, sex and echelon variables, any of meaningful difference was determined among the views of primary teachers related to the attitudes of primary supervisors. According to priority of profession variable, a remarkable difference was determined between the views of 6-10 years with 21 years and up working teachers. ? In general, as looking at the views of the teachers who attended the survey related to the ethics attitudes of primary supervisors, It was determined that they attended ?middle? degree. The teachers attended ?They don?t wear any jewellery (rosette, necktie pin etc.) that symbolize their candidates for any groups? the most, ?They inform the supervision time before? the least.
