Abstract (EN)

The main goal of science education is to make the individuals to understand himself or his environment and the nature itself. To be able to provide a more effective science education in the primary school, it is vital to know possible problems and their solutions.In this research, the province of Erzurum, according to the opinions of teachers in primary schools and identifying the problems encountered in teaching science and technology of these problems was carried out to determine the effects of teacher performance.In this study, Science & Technology teachers are facing many problems in the teaching of science has emerged. Teachers' faced problems are caused by students at the beginning. The students come to their class with unprepared. Senior teachers with experience can go through the problems, but it is understood that begginers have a difficulties to overcome these problems. The lack of science laboratories in primary schools has emerged as the most important problem.In addition, It should be made to increase the technology-equipped classrooms with.Key words: Teaching of Science and Technology, Teacher Performance, Problems
