The effect of changing primary education - 1.grade teachers' working places on realizing primary education goals

The objective of this research is to determine, analyze and comment to whatextend does the change of Primary Education - 1st grade teachers? working places affectRealizing Primary Education Goals, and to make proper suggestions.In order to achieve these (objectives), answers to the following questions havebeen investigated:Regarding to what extend change of working places ?affect Realizing PrimaryEducation Goals?;a) What are the opinions of primary education (school) teachers?b) What are the opinions of primary education administrators?The data used in research are provided by applying a questionnaire, ?The Effect ofFrequently Changing Teachers? working places on Realizing Primary Education Goals?,on 75 administrators and 311 teachers of totally 65 primary schools.The results of the research are as follows:1. 19.43% of the participants are school administrators and 80.56% are first gradeand second grade teachers. Ones that professional seniority from 1 to 5 yearsconstitute 69.7% of the group. 33.16% of the participants are female and 56.6%are male. 40.1% have been in their working place for less than a year. 22.8 % ofthe whole participants work at city (center)s, 59.1% at towns and 18.1% atprovinces.2. The attendants, in generally argued that ?Changing Primary Education - 1stgrade teachers? working places? has negative effects on realizing primaryeducation goals.3. The opinions of teachers and administrators slightly differ.
