Second-grade elemantary school students attitudes toward physicaleducation and investigation of life satisfaction

Aim of researchmentis to determine the related attitudes and life satisfactions levels to the second grades students of primary school against the physical education lesson.Primarys students views werw analysed about physical education lessons and life satisfactions levels personal features, interests in lesson, parents education levels and income levels.The research group was formated from 6 schools, and from these schools 603 pupils between age of 13-15, in the city centre of Afyon, in 2008-2009 of education year.The students were randomly chosen from 6,7,8 clases.Three chaptered poll was used as a tool in research of totals data.The first part of the poll consisits from 14 quastions, its about students personal knowledge and fatures;second part is physical education attitude measurements, third part determines the life satisfaction measurement of the pupils and contains 5 quastions.Physical education attitudes measurement forms the secpnd part of poll, it was improved by appıying it to the 603 students.The measure was occured from 35 matters, where 11 matters werw negative and 24 matters werw positive.İt was applied to the 55 students, 45 days intervaly, with repeated method test were found by 0.80 reliability of cooefficient and by 0,94 coherent coefficient (Cronbach Alfa)Fort he datum analyses in the bilateral comparisons Mann-Whitney V test and fort he majority of comparisons kruskal Wallis Varyans analyses were used and the meaningful level was determined as 0.05 in case of meaningful differences occuring in kruskal wallis varyans analyses Bonferroni corected Mann Whitney V test was applied.The results of researching.1-Related attitudes of the secondary schools students against physical education lesson werw positive.2-There were meaningful differences according to the secondary students sexes,classes,schools kinds,education level of parents, university preparation courses, the freguency of exercises and doing sport, doing sport in one of the clubs.3-Meanningful differences were not found according to the secondary schools students ages, siblings, left parents, parents jobs and mounthly salary.4-The meaningful differences werw found according to the secondary schools students teachers personal and profession features against phisical education attitudes.
