It is prepared Turkish and Maths Achievement Test which contains forty items and Turkish and Maths Attitude Scalle which contains twenty items for 8 th level 83 students in Şehit Nazım Bey Primary School in Gfimfişpala in İzmir. Alpha reliability coefficient for Maths attitude scale is 0.87 and it is 0.90 for Turkish attitude scale and it is found by using SSPS packet programme. The Kr 20 Reliability of Turkish as 0.80 and Maths as 0.70 Achievement Test is found by item analizing system. There is meaningful difference as p<0.001 between the first and the second level students and their Maths achievement average. There is meaningful difference as p<0.001 between the first and the second level students and their Turkish achievement average. There is meaningful difference as p<0.001 between the first and the second level students and their General Achievement Average. According to the student's income distrubition, there is a meaningful difference as p<0.05 the students who get the points of Maths achievement test According to sex of the students, there is a meaningful difference between the points of Turkish achievement test which the students get. Correlation coefficient is 0.268 between the 8 th the students' general achievement average ant their points of Maths achievement test. This coefficient is (p<0.05) as statistical. VIICorrelation coefficient is 0.489 between the 8 th the students' General achievement average and their points of Turkish achievement test This coefficient is ( p<0.001) as statistical. Correlation coefficient is 0.815 between the students general achievement average and their Maths passing marks and it is meaningful p<0.001 as statistical. VIII
