Abstract (EN)
As well as ready-to-learn students, success in education is possible with the teachers who are not anxious, dedicated, team worker, shortly morale loaded. For educational institutions, it is assessed that the factors affecting moral and fisibility has to be found and effective solutions is to be worked out. For personel (primary school teachers) of Ministry of National Education survive in a respectful manner, they are supposed to bear some features. Those are being technology user, extremely good trainer, good charecter, contemporary, initiative user, having desire of achievement of job, high morale and motivated. Having said the features of the teachers, in this work made about the morale and motivation affects the personel, it has been understood that the motivation is not only interested in company and workers but also factors that is being controlled and not controlled. In this work, controlled factors has been considered. As a result considerations of majority, factors affecting the motivation have been derived from the results and reached the consequences.
