Abstract (EN)

This study aims to define the job satisfaction, motivation, organizational commitment and organizational acceptance dimensions of the Primary School Principals Organizational Socialization Levels and shows the relationship between their individual characteristic and social level. The database of the thesis is based on the survey with Primary School Principals Istanbul Sultanbeyli, observed in the years 2011-2012. In this study the general findings of the surveys are used, therefore the sample method was not used. The researcher made a survey with 132 managers and used the 101 valid surveys as database of this thesis. The frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, average, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Turkey test was used as a statistical analyze method for the research database. Organizational socialization levels of primary school principals were evaluated according to thesub-dimensions on the scale. Research findings could be summarized as follow; the dedication dimensions are upper than other dimensions for the principals. The socializing levels on the survey show, job satisfaction, motivation, commitment and acceptance dimensions arecategorized as "often". The important differences were observed between participantsaccording to their ages, professional seniority, and total service years as a manager.
