Abstract (EN)

Great efforts are consumed for realization of the aims elemantary school which is a basic education foundation. Not only does the goverment reserve great source for realizing aims of education but also parent spend important expenditure from family budget, it is aimed with these whole efforts and expenditure to preapere our growing children to tomorrow's life, become a useful fellow citizen, get along with themeselves and community that they are included. İt is inevitable that education and instruction activities which target to bring up sufficient and well-qualified humans in every respect get their aims. This research was made for determining realization level of aims of grammer lesson included Turkish Education Curriculum and for suggesting opinois about getting healty foundation for children language development by discovery exisiting. For this purpose, in Erzurum Central Elemantary School, a success test to 677 student and, anket and abservation form about in what level aims of Gremmer Lesson realized to 16 headmaster, 31 Turkish teacher, 28 elemantary school inspector and 22 academician were put into practice. Dotums about target of determining realization level of Grammer Lesson's aims which we got from 677 students in 16 elemantary schools, 16 headmasters 31 Turkish teachers, 28 elemantary school inspectors and 22 academicians were commented and analyzed in fifth chapter. İn the result of research, it has been determined that " the realization level of 8.class Grammer Lesson's aims in Turkish Education Curriculum of elemantary school hasn't got wanted level " Basic and serious precautions should be taken in Language education and instruction to provide raising generations to be able to use an effective, correct and flowing language and to realize aims of Turkish Grammer Lesson.
