The relationship between the modern perceptions of inspection of the primary school teachers? towards the school masters and the professional motivation levels of teachers (An example of İstanbul city, Eyup District)

The interest in education systems which all the societies afford intense effort and source has always been in a high degree .Due to the fact that education institutions have an organizational status,schools have come to a process that should be studied about the output of their administration ways and staff.In our country student population is as much as some European countries so education administration guide the process of the need in educated person of the society.Inspection, motivation and satisfaction topics have been dealt with many times and in different aspects by the researchers involved in those branches till nowadays but the inspections applied by the headmasters haven?t been examined.Today , traditional approaches on inspection are being abandoned and some new openings exist so head headmasters? inspection functions should be examined.The headmasters of primary schools are obliged to apply the inspections carefully because of the fact that they are able to make the teachers effective and productive.In this research we studied the relationship between the teachers?perceptions about the sufficiency on inspection of the ministers and the motivations of teachers.The related literature study has been done about the research topic.Related concepts has been introduced and education administration through motivation and inspection matters have adequately been tried to be explained.The fact that there is a significant relationship between the teachers?perceptions about the sufficiency on inspection of the ministers and the motivation of teacher has been stated and its effect on the teacher motivation has been examined.Teachers? perceptions on the matter have been evaluated by the means of the questionnaire in the research.SPSS programme has been used to analyse the questionnaire results statistically,has been reached the results, interpretted and proposed on the results by discussing them.Key words: education administration, school administration, motivation, inspection, primary
