Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to find out what the primary school's teachers think about the Primary School's Supervisors and to give necessary recommendations with the results provided by it. The model of scanning has been used in the research. This research has been polled to 624 Primary school teachers, who have been chosen from the primary schools in the borders of Bağcılar, Istanbul. For this research a survey has been developed under the guidance of prof.dr. Semra ÜNAL. The survey includes two parts, first the personal information and second, the questions about the research. This research consists of six parts: first part is "introduction"; second part is about the "theoretical informations" and the research of literature; third part is about the method of the research; fourth part consists of P<0,05 result have been found meaningful in the statistics analysis of the documents and have been shown and evaluated in the table but the groups which haven't shown any meaningful difference do not take part in this research; fifth part is about the discussions and result of the research; the six part is consists of recommendations.
