Examining the relations between primmary school teacher's leadership styles and class management

In this study which the religion between leadership properties of teachers? who study in primary schools and class management was examined, properties of teachers? who are in primary schools, what are the applications about class management of their teachers? who work in primary schools, what are the religions between teachers? leadership properties and class management, to determine being or not being some differences according to personal properties associated with these situations and improving proposals for some management and resaercher were aimed.This study in religiously detecting modelling was applied on 210 teachers who have been working 13 legal primary schools in Ümraniye in İstanbul as long as prime semester in2006-2007 education year.?Criterion of teacher?s leadership styles? which contain 17 points and ?criterion of class management attitudes and personal information form? which contain 46 points were used means of data collecting in this research.While datas were been collecting in this research, Group t-test, Non parametric Kruksal Wallis-H test, Mann Whitney-Utest were used to determine teachers? leadership styles and to introduce class management attitudes and also, Pearson product moments correlation analysis were used to determine being or not being logical religion.When the religion between primary school teachers? leadership atyles and dimension of education activity of these teachers? class management attitudes was watched, it has been found that there is a positive religion and this religion is logicly on its level by statistischly.Keyword : Leadership , Classroom Management , Leader Teacher
