The purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of 140 managers and 38 information technology formative teachers working in the primary schools.The universe of research is formed by 140 managers and 38 information technology formative teachers working 70 primary schools connected to center and other districts of Karabük city.By means of collecting datum, a questionnaire forming about 41 items was applied. Our questionnaire?s reliability factor was determined as 0.967. The datum obtained from the research was analysed with the help of SPSS(Statical Packages for the Social Sciences). Arithmetic means ( ), standard deviations (s), percentages (%), and frequencies (f) were calculated to analyze the data. At the end of research;.?It appeared that BT Teachers are essential to use BT classes in a best way.?It appeared that it is essential to be given BTÖ norm permanent staff to school directorships.?It appeared that it isn?t essential to graduate from institution of information technology teachers necessarily.
