Organizational image and image management at the elementary school

General objective of this study; to determine the organizational image detected for the school of managers, teachers in charge at the elementary school located within the boundaries of Bingol, and parents of the students receiving education in these schools. A likert-type scale prepared by making the necessary literature survey for this purpose was used by obtaining the permission, participants' opinions are tried to be described. In this study, data obtained from total 78 managers, 660 teachers and 511 parents from 45 elementary schools were analyzed by using the SPSS (17.0) statistical program. The advantage of independent groups t-test technique, Non-parametric Mann-Whitney U Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance and Non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis H test was taken in the analysis of the data. As a result of analysis of variance, scheffeve LSD test was used in order to determine that difference arisen from which groups in the case of a significant difference occurs between group averages. P<0.05 significance level was adopted in the interpretation of results.
