The effects of the methods used by the primary school teachers in order to keep the class in discipline

In this research, the research examines the effects of the methods on students used by the teachers in order to keep the class in discipline. The reward methods used by the teachers to keep the class in discipline are viewed in 3 different manners: physiological, social and material; the punishment methods are also viewed in 3 manners; physiological, social and physical. 24 hypotheses were tested in order to understand if the influence of the methods that were used by the teachers depended on the sex, education level, the branch that they graduated from and also the job experience. The statistical result of the research is as follows: 1. All of the teachers perceived that the most successful methods that were used on the students were physiological reward and physiological punishment, 2. The female teachers thought that physiological, social and material rewards and physiological punishment were more effective, 3. The teachers that have a bachelors degree perceived that the students were influenced by the social punishment as to the teachers that have a pre-bachelors degree, 4. The teachers that have less than 15 years of seniority thought that social punishment and physical punishment methods were more effective than the other methods as to the teachers that have more than 16 years of seniority. 5. Other hypothesis test results didn?t show any other statistical differences.
