The determine of how to appreciate the effective manager attitude of primary scool at master by teacher

Today management deals with the education field. In order to become a qualified institution, innovation in management style is a must. In other words, institutions, now on,need managers who try to achieve the quality asset through scientific ways. So,it is necessary to decide on the period during which the training-education objectives will be determined in order to establish the education system in the most suitable way to achieve the objectives in schools where education organisations exist. It is also necessary to develop the education process and to asist and support the authorised people in this field. In short, the education process means more than the determination of the people who are supposed to teach; it also means managing, planning and, finally, practising the internal training system. A great deal of studies have been carried out in the management of education in recent years, and their results have been referenced by the related authorities. So, this can be a reference in this field as well.In this study, it is aimed to carry out how the attitudes and behaviours of primary schools managers are evaluated by elementary school teachers and how these evaluations vary depending on the teachers? demographical characteristics ( limited to those taken in the scale ). In this research lineated model which is a kind of approach that describes and portrays a situation both in the past and the present, has been used.The literature related to the issue has been researched, the legislation and the job descriptions of school principals have been analysed,and then the questionnaire has been developed. Finally,the questionnaire forms have been filled in selected schools and it has been found that teachers consider the principals? character features rather than their administrative talents as a managerial attitude and behaviour.
