Primary school directors accountability analysis of the views

One of the mast important issue of NPM is the concept of accountability. Especially on the loss of public confidence in 1980s.The public tried to gain the understanding and the trust of on external audit accountability. This study aimed to determine the secondary school principals attitudes towards accountability mechanisms.This study is a qualitative case study and and "a holistic single case " design was used in this study. Data was collected by semi- structured interview. The research was carried out on13 junior high school principals Maltepe İstanbul. There is a fair distribution of secondary school principals' responsibility for the research, practices such as TQM-Strategic Plan-OGYE-ICS creates bureaucracy, schools, correction mechanism on top of the organizations did not have reports written code of ethics, applied sanctions in case of violation of the accreditation process in the non-governmental organizations accredited to perform positively received by but this school principals, reliable, fair and objective student entries in the process of becoming an expert in terms of their acceptance and accreditation of differences should be taken into account, the public, should take into account the views of the public on the activities of student outcomes should be assessed taking into account the environmental conditions, based on the e-government applications educational institutions to help in maintaining the view that accountability.
