Examination of the relationship between organizational exclusion and organizational happiness according to the perceptions of primary school teachers

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational exclusion and organizational happiness according to the perceptions of teachers working in primary and secondary schools. Relational screening model was used in this study. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in primary and secondary schools in Rize city center and district centers of Rize in the 2021-2022 academic year. Simple random sampling method was used in the study and 356 teachers were included in the research group. In the research, "Organizational Exclusion Scale", "Organizational Happiness Scale" and "Personal Information Form" were used as data collection tools. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that teachers' perceptions of organizational exclusion are low and organizational happiness perceptions are high. In the study, it was determined that there is a negative significant relationship between teachers' organizational exclusion and organizational happiness perceptions.
