Primary school classroom teachers? communlation skills in the class (Bolu sample)

The aim of this search is to determine 4th and 5th year teachers? realization level in the communication skills in the class.The studying universe of the search comprises 2007-2008 teaching year?s 4th and 5th classes teachers and students in central district of Bolu.Samples are randomly taken from the universe.Samples include 52 4th class teachers, 52 5th class teachers, 820 4th class students and 830 5th class students.Data are gathered via questionnaire. The data are analyzed by using percentage, frequency, arithmetical mean, t-test and one-way analysis of variance methods.According to the facts obtained from the search, it is concluded that views of the teachers? realization level in the 4th and 5th classes relating to communication skills in the class have a higher rate when compared with views of the students. It is determined that there is no significant difference between the views of male and female teachers? realization level relating to communication skills in the class. It is also determined that there is no significant difference between the views of male and famale students relating to class teachers? realization levels of communication skills in the class.
