Elementary school teacher of the motivating executive skills: Istanbul-Kağıthane district case

The proficiency fields of school principals are examined in to ways as managerial and educational. The educational proficiencies are personel skills, interpersonel skills, leadership and educational skills. Managerial proficiencies are time management, determining purposes, solving problems, team leadership, performance valuation, communication as technical proficiencies with entrepreneurship, improver and analyzing skills as behavioural skills. The principal of the school is responsible for the students and the teachers. Encouraging them to work and motivating them are in the duties of a school principal. In this way the principal should manage the school in a way which fits to the purposes of school and the management should be open to development.
