Abstract (EN)
In this research it is aimed that Primary school administrators in-service training activities at school and teachers are evaluated according to their various parameters.To this aim, coincidentally ,ıt is reached 457 administrators and teachers who work in schools which are link to National Educatıon Management in Yıldırım,Osmangazi and Nilüfer province.A survey is used as a data by applying Experts comment .This data is analized by using SPSS-15 Statistic Programme.When this data is investigated,it is obtained meaningful differences to their parameters(gender,age,task,education status,grade,school type,vacatıonal priority and in-service experience)The most important responses (more agreable)are given by the administors and teachers who attended in this survey :educations are arranged on Parent-family education, To get information about students ,some activities are organised.,it is organised on Education method and techniques. As for,The most negative responses (less agreable)are given by the administors and teachers who attended in this survey :Education is arranged on protocols issue .It is organised on office management and formal writing.It is organised on managing and financial subjects This obtained data is discussed and some proposals are put forwarded accordingly.
