Abstract (EN)
Primary schools are the basic elements of the education system. In order to be the best represented of this element, it's very important that the administrators in these institutes should love and embrace their job; take it as a part of their life and must motivate their co-workers. Motivation of the classroom teachers who serve as the basis of this research subject and administrators' awareness about the importance of the motivation worth to research on and analyze. This research about the administrators' motivation of classroom teachers (in pecuniary, psycho-social, organizational and administrative aspects)is important since it gives the administrators some ideas knowing classroom teachers better, which motivation methods could be used to motivate on their works.As a conclusion, It has observed that when the classroom teachers' needs of pecuniary, psycho-social, organizational and administrative aspects are answered the motivation increases. Also, organizing some social activities to improve good relationships between teachers have the same effect. Most of the time, it has been observed that organizing social activities improves the motivation.
