An analysis of the relationship between organizational synism and social justice leadership behavior of primary school managers

The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the social justice leadership behaviors of school principals and the level of organizational cynicism of teachers according to teachers' opinions. The universe of this research, which was designed in a correlational research model, consists of teachers working in Rize city center and districts in the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 316 teachers working in primary and secondary schools in the city center and districts of Rize, selected by random sampling method from the population. Social Justice Leadership Scale-Teacher Form, Organizational Cynicism Scale and Personal and Professional Information Form were used as data collection tools in the research. According to the data obtained from the research, according to the teachers' opinions, the social justice leadership behaviors and attitudes of the school principals are at the "mostly agree" level; It has been determined that teachers' organizational cynicism levels are at the level of "I do not agree". In the study, it was determined that there was a moderately significant negative relationship between the social justice leadership style of school principals and the organizational cynicism levels of teachers, according to teachers' opinions. In addition, it was concluded that support, critical awareness and participation, which are the sub-dimensions of social justice leadership, are significant predictors of organizational cynicism.
