The data within the scope of this research was obtained from primary school classroom teachers working within the borders of Çankırı province in the 2022/2023 academic season. The sample consists of 100 classroom teachers selected from this universe by convenience sampling method. Data were collected online using an in-service training survey and a personal information form. The in-service training survey includes sections to identify teachers' professional development needs and training preferences. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test and independent samples t test. Within the scope of the study, it was determined that teachers' in-service training needs did not differ in relation to gender, but showed significant differences according to variables such as age, professional seniority, and previous participation. In addition, the types and formats of education preferred by teachers were revealed. As a result, this research can contribute to determining in-service training needs from the teachers' perspective and shaping education policies. However, studies supported by qualitative data on larger samples are needed. Keywords: Classroom teacher, In-Service Training, Need for In-Service Training
