According to primary school administrators and classroom teachers Syrian refugee student's problems and their solutions

The aim of this research is to examine the problems of Syrian Refuuge students who are studying at the public school of Istanbul, Beyoğlu distsict in the light of school primary school administrators' and teachers' opinions. Case study designs were used from the research design while conducting the research. The study group of this qualitative research is 12 teachers' and 2 primary school administrators' working in the primary school in Istanbul, Beyoğlu district. While creating the study group the method of criterion sampling were used. The school with the highest number of Syrian students in Beyoğlu province was preferred. The other criterion that is used in the formation of study group is that the teachers and the primary school administrators' who are going to have an interview would have given education to foreign student at least 4 years. In the research, interview and observation techniques were used to collect data. During the interview, semi-structured interview form developed by researcher and approved by field expert was used. In the form of semi-structured interview 11 questions were asked to primary school administrators' and teachers'. In the research, unstructured observation technique was used from among observation techniques and non-participative observation type was used in terms of researchers role. While analyzing qualitative data content analysis method was applied. As a result of the interviews with primary school administrators' and teachers' main themes were created to explain the sub-problems of the research. With the help of the data obtained it was found out that the main problem of Syrian students during their education process is the language. The other problems are the educational, parental, school-family cooperation and behavioral problems. In order to examine the problems in the depths the causes of this problems and their solutions were studied.
