Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is one of the oldest institutions of the history of education in religious high schools, which are formed to determine the school culture. For this religious high schools operating in the city of Diyarbakir, the opinions of teachers and administrators will be taken in to consideration. School Culture, constitutes the identity of a school. Both employees work performance as well as having a direct impact on students school performance is a concern. In our country, school culture studies dates back from 1980's and many researches on different aspects of this issue have been made. But there hasn't been any studies about religions high schools been conducted. Therefore, based on feedback from teachers and administrators will be a descriptive field research. The study sample was a stratified random sampling method will be determined by a group of teachers and administrators will create. Data collection for the survey will be used as a means of school culture. The survey of teachers and administrators working in religious high schools designed to measure perceptions of school culture studies making use of previously structured questionnaires. Data Analysis Using SPSS frequency, percentage, average, one- way analysis of variance and t-test analysis will be subjected to. Key Words: Religious High School, Culture, School Culture.
