Sectional examination of some fiqh opinions of Imam Nesai in the work of Sunen

From the early days of Islam, Hz. Efforts were made to preserve the hadiths of the Prophet both by being memorized and by being written down. Because Hz. All the behaviors of the Prophet have been the focal point in every period of his life. Especially, many types of works were written during the emergence of the science of hadith and during the tadwin and classification periods. Undoubtedly, the most important of these types of works is the works called "Sünen". At the beginning of the works of the Sunen type, the work called "Sünen" written by Nesâî comes to mind. Because the copyright in question has a very important share in Islamic sciences. Its mention in Kutub-i Sitte supports this thesis. In addition, the contribution of this work to the science of Fiqh, as well as its contribution to the science of Hadith and Tafsir, is so important that it cannot be ignored. Imam Nesai did not only narrate hadith in his work, but also explained his fiqh thoughts on some issues from time to time. In this study, in order to limit the subject in the work called Sunen, the provisions of Imam Nesai on the issues of marriage, shopping and adornment are mentioned. In addition, these provisions were compared with other sects.
