Evaluation of İmam al-Suyuti's "al-Iklîl fî İstinbât al-Tanzîl" in terms of "Ahkâm al-Qur'an"

This study is about the life and works of Jalaluddin al-Suyuti who lived in Egypt between 849-911, and it is about especially one of his books named "al-Iklil fi istinbat al-tanzeel" which examines the verses of the Qur'an. The study consists of three sections with an introduction. In the introduction, the subject of research, its importance and the method of the research are mentioned. In the first chapter, information about the life of Jalaluddin al-Suyuti, the period he lived, the tasks he undertook, his teachers, his students and his works are given. In the second chapter, general information about Ahkamu'l Qur'an is given and some examples are examined. In the third chapter, the method of al-Suyuti's al-Iklil fi istinbat al-tanzeel according to Ahkamu'l Qur'an is examined. In this section, al-Suyuti's approach to the "ahkam" verses, his method and his thoughts about the topic taken into consideration.
