This thesis deals with the ivestigation of a section of the explanation of the book "Al-Naqaya" which includes the book of division، gift، lease، and loan for the scholar of the hadith، the Hanafi jurist، Zain al-Din Qasim bin Qutlubugha (d. 879 AH)، He explained the body of the book "Al-Naqaya" by Imam Obaidullah bin Masoud Al-Mahboubi Al-Hanafi (d: 747 AH). The importance of this explanation comes from the value of the explaned book، The book "Al-Naqaya" is an explanation of the book "Al-Dirayah" of the Imam al-Marghninani - one of the most important reliable sources in Hanafi jurisprudence - and on the other hand، the book of Ibn Qutlubugha contained some important texts that are not in the book of al-Mahboubi- he explained it in detail. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when presenting the biographical and scholarly biographies of the two imams، Al- Mahboubi and Ibn Qutlubugha، and the scientific method used in the investigation and commentary on the book: such as writing the text، justify the text with diacritics، comparing the copies، attributing the sayings، and extracting the issues and documenting them. The most important conclusion of the study was: This explanation contained the most correct of the sayings of the Hanafis and the imams of the other schools of jurisprudence in the studied issues، and it is one of the important explanations in addressing the problem issues and clarify the addressing method by proof، and that Qatlubugha was changing the texts of the sources in his own words، so most of the texts were mentioned by meaning، the author can be considered one of the Mujtahid Imams، as he was not only a narrator، beacuse he used to give more weight according to what is required by the argument and the evidence.
