The present research is considered comparative jurisprudential study of what proven between one of the Islamic imams Abu Hanifa and other jurisprudential opinions . This research aims to shed the light on the jurisprudence of the Hanafi Scholl, and other jurisprudential opinions which have spread into existence through their roles, beginning in witnessing them to the holy book and the prophetic Sunnah. Furthermore, it shows the effects through the books of Al-Sihah Musnds that were narrated from the prophet (peace and blessings of God be him), which is one of the first images of codification. Besides, it presents the honourable Sunnah of the prophet, and their role in enriching Islamic jurisprudence and comparing what was proven from them of jurisprudential opinions with what was proven from righteous predecessors, and those who followed them from the imams of jurisprudence and scholars .The researcher used the inductive-analytical approach to follow the established jurisprudential traces of him and which are attributed to the books of Sunnah and, then compared them with the sayings and jurisprudence of other scholars those deal with the same issues.The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which are: the validity of the opinions that he narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him), the extent of their attribution to him, the extent to which hadith scholars protest against them, and the extent to which modern scholars and jurists rely on the hadiths and Sunnahs contained in them. Further, what these imams enjoyed from the ability and the jurisprudential faculty, which represents part of the jurisprudential rule on which Islamic jurisprudence was built throughout the ages, and it is the jurisprudence of the owners of schools, and this research reached several issues and demands, dealing with their knowledge distributed over a number of chapters.
