The book Waji̇b al-Hifz by İmamzâde Ahmad b. Muhammed b. İbrahim al-Ayyûbî: Critical edition, translation and evaluation

This citation of courts has important roles on judicial law for better function of law an for justice. Especially, third parties who have not role positively or negatively are important not to be called courts. This study, consists of translation and evaluation of Wajib al-Hıfz pamphlet written by İmamzâde Ahmad b. Muhammed b. Ibrâhîm al-Ayyûbî in accordance with Hanafi sect's third parties role in courts without defendant and litigant. This study consist of four section. The first section is related to subject of thesis, scope, purpose, methods and thecniques. The second section contains life of İmamzâde author of pamphlet, description of sections, research methods and sources. The third section consist of researe the text.
