SUMMARY Research On Distribution Of Common Use Areas And Participation Ratios In Urban Plans: Bayburt Sample From the first time of meeting to civilization, the humanity have been trying to bring the life in a systematic manner, and considered the system as a non-separable part of life. But, although increasing human activities and demands, on the other hand, existence of natural deformations and natural reduction of the sources, cause some lameness on the working of the system. The first reason of these lameness is increasing population and its demands such as needs like residential areas. The residential areas shouldn't be left alone with their problems, inversely every kinds of activities in residential areas should be organized with some effective regulations which contain solution productive rules. These regulations should be reflected to urban areas and to their owners with scientific sights and thus equitable solutions should be put in force. The trials of directing cities within these rules and system, is called planning. But the problems are not prevented only by planning but also planned solution proposals should be applied and be put in force with equitable ways. Otherwise, these plans may also effect urban areas negatively. The plans are not being applied as a whole by means of economic resources, serious determination and lack of information. These unwanted reasons play negative roles on the distribution of blessing-fatigue balances between different planning areas. In this study, a common city has been considered as a whole with its sub-residential areas, and thus the distribution of the common usage areas have been examined. As a result of distribution of common usage areas, participation ratios have been researched. With this study, it has been aimed to create data and information infrastructure for application of urban plans with healthy solutions in shorter time, and for determination of regulation areas by considering planning information and equal participation.
