Results of decisions on the cancellation of zoning plans

The results of the annulment of administrative acts by the judicial offices and the way the administration implements these decisions in the context of the consequences are one of the important topics of administrative law. The subject of the thesis is the results of the decisions to be taken in case of annulment of the zoning plans, which have a very unique place among the administrative proceedings, by the administrative jurisdictions. Supervision of administrative acts and actions through full jurisdiction and annulment proceedings falls within the jurisdiction of the administrative jurisdiction as a rule. The judicial review of the zoning plans, which form the basis of the zoning law and have the nature of a regulatory action, is provided through an annulment lawsuit, which is a type of action specific to the administrative jurisdiction defined in article 2 of IYUK. In our study, the results of the decisions to cancel the zoning plans, the results of the decisions to cancel the administrative actions, the problems experienced in practice were evaluated within the framework of the decisions of the Council of State and the legal nature of the zoning plans, their types and the effect of the hierarchical relationship between them in the context of the consequences.
