The Philosophy of Immanuel Kant 'place and time'

In this thesis a topic called "Place and Time" in the philosophy of German philosopher is studied. Here, we're going to try to give you a brief knowledge about the philosophy of KANT. As it is known, Kant's philosophy started with the examining the subject of knowledge and criticizing it. For this reason Kant's philosophy is called criticizing philosophy. Kant, with this criticizing philosophy, tried to point out the role of racionalism in knowledge. Kant put forward his thoughts in his most important work which was called the "Critique of Pure Reason" in theory of knowledge. In this work which formed basic trial of Kant in theory of knowledge the most vital question is like this. How is shentetic a priori justice possible? Kant, aiming to bring a solution to this problem has named transcendental research to those he made in this topic. Here, the method of transcendental research has meant activity of directing to possible experimental objects. Again Kant, in this work, has searched what wisdom could know and what it couldn't know. In this research, Kant has put forward, remaining within the borders of pure racionalism, that we can know the views of phenomens, but we can't know the pure reality behind phenomens. Phenoment is the "object which is inside the place and time. So our knowledge is limited with the objects and existences which are inside the place and time. min this case, according to Kant knowledge is made up of the collaboration of sensual recognition and human wisdom. So, according to Kant this knowledge has two apriori forms. The first of them is place, the other is time. That is to say that place and time are apriori forms of sensual knowledge. Our whole knowledge has only existed with the sake of these forms. With his point of view Kant has tried to make a synthesis of experimentalism and racionalism. That is, he has emphasized the importance of both experiment and racionalism in the forming of knowledge. The synthezing approach of Kant has a great importance of the history of philosophy. Furthermore, Kant's acceptare place and time the apriori form of sensual knowledge proves the originality of his view. IV
