Abstract (EN)
In the scope of this thesis, a affinity-based sensor was developed for the determination of Immunoglobulin G. For this purpose, immunoglobulin G imprinted gold electrode was prepared by electropolymerization method in the presence of polyhydroxy fullerene using pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid as monomer. While designing the biosensor system, Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) methods were used to monitor and characterize the modification steps of the electrode. The performance parameters of the developed sensor system were determined by the calibration curve between 25-1200 ng/mL (R2= 0.9876) and the LOD and LOQ were found to be 80 ng/mL and 243 ng/mL, respectively. The feasibility of the optimized sensor system was tested using artificial serum samples.
