Abstract (EN)
This study investigates the impact of Human Resource Development (HRD) practices on organizational operational performance at Telesom Company in Hargeisa, Somaliland. By examining the relationships between HRD practices, employee satisfaction, leadership and management styles, and employee retention, the research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how HR practices contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization. A descriptive research design was used, with a convenience sampling method to gather data from employees across various departments within Telesom Company. The study employed structured questionnaires, which were analyzed using correlation and hypothesis testing to assess the strength of these relationships. The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between HRD practices and organizational performance, employee satisfaction, leadership effectiveness, and retention. The results further emphasize the critical role of HRD in enhancing organizational competitiveness, employee engagement, and retention rates. The research concludes that well- implemented HRD strategies have a direct and positive impact on improving operational efficiency and overall organizational success.
